We’re baaaaa-aaaaack!

For one more closing post to discuss our reflections on the contest so far ūüôā

Just when you thought you were rid of us, here we are launching more of our weirdness into the blogosphere.  We hope this is a positive addition to your day, and if not thanks for clicking through just the same! Continue reading

So long and thanks for all the fish

Well well well…here we are on the last day of Phase II of our Wedding Threesome Contest and not posting a blog until almost 10pm. ¬†It’s been a wild ride, kids – we’ve seen a whole lotta love coming to us from all parts of the world, a few celebrity appearances and even a couple of people stopped by after entering “spur-of-the-moment threesome” into their search engines (we¬†can only hope they were the only ones who were disappointed!). ¬†But in the end, what this has really been is a great opportunity to share our pre-wedding excitement with a whole bunch of folks who otherwise would not have been privy to all the gory details. ¬†So while we fully plan to blow Phase III out of the water (whatever it may be), win or lose we’ve had some fun and connected with family, friends and strangers all across the globe. ¬†Pretty frakking cool if you ask us.

And since so many people have been so amazing as to send us their love in the form of photos and hand-written messages of support, we figured it was only fair that we do the same.  Here goes nothing!

And of course, we had to get a “family” shot:

Fezz is like: “It was all me. ¬†I owned this blog”.

Chris is like: “Stop pretending that the cat can talk”

But seriously, a great big heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone out there who’s been reading and clicking through, as well as again to all of those who helped us get to this phase of the contest by liking/adding/joining and commenting their butts off on Facebook back in March! ¬†We couldn’t have done it without you…or Fezz.

All our love,

Jaime & Chris

Meet the Parents

Happy belated Easter everyone! ¬†We hope you didn’t miss us too much over the weekend, as we decided to take a little R&R from the blogging madness.

As it turns out, our long weekend afforded us the opportunity to have a Sisman/Brugman family get-together, which has inspired us (along with the recommendations of a few other folks) to write this post in which we introduce you to the fantastic people who made us such fantastic people :-P.

Let’s start with the Sismans (aka “The Sizemans”)… Continue reading

All the cool kids are doing it

Further updates to Team Jaime & Chris thanks to some amazing friends and friendly strangers!

First up? ¬†Dennis Wideman. ¬†As you may have seen on facebook,¬†Dennis plays for the Washington Capitals and is 5th in scoring in the NHL for defencemen. ¬†He also leads the caps in minutes played and was named to the NHL All Star team in 2012! ¬†Now he’s on a much more elite team as well ūüėČ

Darryl Sittler joins a new team

Darryl Sittler:  A native of St. Jacobs, Ontario, you may remember him from such teams as your Toronto Maple Leafs, with whom he set the still-standing record for most goals scored in a single game (against the Boston Bruins on February 7, 1976).

The Newlywed Game – By Katie Adamchick

As one of Jaime and Chris’ close friends, I thought it would be fun to conduct this very informative interview. ¬†Besides being the epitome of hard-hitting journalism, I wanted to give everyone a sense of Jaime and Chris’ personality OUTSIDE of the blog (ie. how they act around their friends) and give you a glimpse into their relationship. ¬†The best way I can see to do this is the newlywed game! ¬†A game made famous in the 70s, by asking spouses to answer questions and trying to match the answers, this game seemed like the perfect outlet to provide important information about this couple, as well as get to the bottom of some questions I know you were all dying to hear the answers for.
